- Evaluation Package $370When a proper mechanical physical therapy assessment is conducted there are specific symptom and movement responses I look for as a clinician. This favorable response will identify that mechanical therapy is the answer for your problem. The lack of response or an unfavorable response will indicate that you may likely need more than a movement and posture program to resolve your issue. In either case I need just 3 visits to determine which is your scenario. Purchasing this initial Evaluation Package up front will save you some money and ensure a greater ability to treat you better and solve your problem.

Once I identify your mechanical diagnosis and that you have a good prognosis within the first three visits, and that your condition will need my skilled care, direction and progression over several weeks, this 5 visit package will provide 5, 30 minute sessions at a discounted rate.
